Coast residential and commercial Real Estate.
He sold over 500 million dollars worth of properties.
Owned and managed number of Real Estate Offices also he was involved for years with
the many varieties of residential sales, project marketing, commercial properties leasing,
or selling.

properties from retail shops, office buildings, industrial factory complexes and
development sites, James will be happy to assist.
He also speaks fluently Hungarian and German, if you feel more comfortable to speak on
those languages.

Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Paige developed deep ties and a true passion for the local community. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, double majors in Destination Development and Real Estate, and a postgraduate tertiary certificate in property and development, her career lead to global opportunities in the USA, Canada and Central America, bringing back a wealth of international luxury sales, service, and marketing skills refined over 12 years. Paige has earned a reputation for specializing in creating win-win outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships, achieving notable milestones in high-end sales.

Julie’s career has been in Marketing, Sales and Support for the past 30
years and her passion for people and customer service has been focused on
marketing and selling real estate both resales and New Projects on the Gold
Coast for the past 16
years.

Focusing on New Projects for the past 7 years, Julie has successfully
assisted many local and interstate purchasers obtain their dream Gold Coast
home and recognises that every client is different with individual needs
and requirements. She is adaptable to any situation and has a proven track

Mark is passionate about his career and has worked in real estate since 2002. Originally working with Harcourt’s Real Estate, Mark then joined First National and is now a successful Real Estate Agent for Ray White Projects.

Mark has received an array of awards including ‘Top Ten Sales Person’ on three occasions and a ‘Gold Achiever’ two times. This demonstrates his ability to assist his clients and to achieve the best possible result.

He sees the potential for spaces in a unique way and is therefore always thinking about how they can evolve with your family.

Serge also oversees each transaction with a sharp eye for detail and clarifies the transaction process, so you are always sure of the next step.

Having lived and worked in three different countries, he has seen the huge advantages there are in understanding different cultures and ways of doing business. Always hard-working, Ming puts her clients needs first and goes above and beyond to keep them happy. Ming has won many an array of awards including number one salesperson three years in a row for Ray White Projects. Through persistence and hard work Ming has as also reached elite status for Ray White, the best of the best. Notable sales include the two penthouses in the Hilton Surfers Paradise apartments. Ming is always ready to assist her clients any way she can to achieve the best possible outcomes and results.

Steve has previously worked in hospitality as a chef, and ventured into the IT industry, before studying Real Estate. He studied after hours prior to commencing his career in 2006 and joined the Ray White Projects Division in 2009.

Steve is quite the achiever within our organisation. He is always customer focused and not one to boast about awards and achievements. Steve is always happy to do the hard yards for his clients and achieves fantastic results.

Steve will do just about anything to make sure his clients and vendors needs are always kept as the main focus of business – ensuring a premium price is achieved with a minimum of fuss.

Steve has successfully sold out many brand new developments across the Gold Coast as Project Manager, most recently completing sales in the “Serenity Surfers Paradise”, Project.

Lawrence’s Sales/Operations role within New Projects allows him to work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Developers to ensure a seamless process for buyers.

Working in real estate since 2013, Vidya has the experience of also working in different markets. Her unwavering passion about living or investing in the Gold Coast, a place she calls a “Lifestyle City” and her home is infectious.
