An exciting first step milestone has just been reached at Arc Residences, Northcliffe.
The aging 1970’s ‘Anglsea’ building on the direct beachfront of popular Northcliffe Beach has started coming down to make way for the much-anticipated, brand new luxury development, Arc Residences. The site was acquired by Sydney developer, Stoyan Kiceec of Xsite Group in 2021 with so much confidence that the transaction was completed sight-unseen. “It is arguably one of the best beachfront sites on the Gold Coast” Mr Kiceec stated. “We love its location on the Southern-most end of Garfield Terrace which gives it a feeling of being a bit removed from the busy Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach centres but still within easy reach of both. Being from Sydney, we appreciate the slower pace of life in Northcliffe than being directly in the hustle and bustle and, of course its absolute beachfront location just simply cannot be beaten. Demolition of the existing building is well under way, with the next few months dedicated to clearing and readying the site for construction to commence by mid-2024. Early sales have already been made during the pre-release campaign, with one buyer even buying 2 residences – a full floor for themselves and a half-floor residence for extended family. And whilst the spectacular 2-storey penthouse residence which offers a completely bespoke and customisable floor plan and interior fit-out has not officially been released to the market, the agents have already been approached by 4 potentially interested parties keen to secure the crowning glory of this boutique development before it even hits the market.
