ELEMENTS BUDDS BEACH – Official Launch Event meets with rave reviews!

The lavish evening was comprised of two parts – an exclusive buyers’ event for those lucky enough to have already purchased in the development and those who have expressed interest; and the 2nd a celebration of McNab’s 10-year success on the Gold Coast. Guests enjoyed a selection of fine wines and canapes while watching the spectacular sunset over the stunning Broadwater and Hinterland, echoing the incredible protected views that will be enjoyed by every single 3-bedroom apartment at Elements Budds Beach once completed. The evening was emceed by the hilarious Merrick Watts who kept the laughs coming throughout the night, with a more serious yet very interesting and informative panel discussion with McNab Managing Director and Founder, Michael McNab providing insights into the construction industry in SEQ, and Nerida Conisbee, renowned and respected Chief Economist for the Ray White Group providing a fascinating analysis of the residential market on the Gold Coast and incredible future predictions. A Q&A session followed, with buyers providing overwhelmingly positive feedback and more sales being made as a result of the evening.

The question on the lips of many prospective buyers regarding development on the Gold Coast is whether Elements will be built, citing a number of other projects which have been cancelled or indefinitely put on hold. Mr McNab gave his commitment that as both developer and builder, the Elements Budds Beach development would be delivered as planned. Mr McNab’s passion for the project was evident throughout the evening with him confirming that demolition would be commencing in mid-2024, with construction to commence shortly thereafter. A large number of owners from McNab’s most recently completed White Main Beach were also in attendance. It was great for buyers at Elements to speak directly with owners at White Main Beach to hear not only about the exceptional quality of construction that they have enjoyed post-settlement, but also about the journey from signing contracts to settlement – a process which often spans years.
